Who We Are

Jamie Avant, M.A., is a trauma-informed consultant with 25+ years of experience in nonprofit leadership, learning and development, and workplace culture. She has trained more than 6,000 professionals across all 50 states and 8 countries and is a TEDxUSF speaker and creator of Empowered Storytelling and the RESET framework.

Jamie leads a team of Insight Consulting trainers with experience creating and delivering trauma-informed programming across education, homeless services, spiritual care, and nonprofit leadership. Together, they bring diverse professional and lived experience, practical tools, and evidence-informed approaches to help organizations build healthier, more resilient and sustainable cultures.
